Returns

We stand behind every product we release. Each fragrance is produced, inspected, and packed with care. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances change.

This policy explains when a return is possible — and when it is not.


Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.
You must notify us of your intention to cancel within this 14-day period.

You may also cancel before your order has been shipped. If your order has not yet left us, we will issue a full refund with no deductions.

Once your order has been dispatched, the conditions below apply.


Change-of-Mind Returns

If you decide that your order is not for you, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is completely unused

  • No spray or application has occurred (even a single spray voids return eligibility)

  • All original packaging is intact and undamaged

  • Any inserts, artwork, or included materials are present

  • The item is returned in resalable condition

We cannot accept returns for any product that has been used.
Fragrance is a personal product, and once activated, it cannot be resold.

Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging and included materials.

Return Postage

For change-of-mind returns:

  • Return shipping costs are not covered

  • You are responsible for safe return of the item


Faulty or Damaged Items

While rare, if your order arrives damaged or defective (for example, a leak during transit), please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.

We may request photographs to assess the issue.

If your item is confirmed to be faulty:

  • We will offer a replacement or refund

  • Return postage will be covered by us


Important Conditions

To maintain fairness and product integrity:

  • Used products are not eligible for return
    (One spray voids the return policy.)

  • Damaged packaging, missing inserts, or altered presentation will void eligibility.

  • If an item is returned as faulty and is found to be used or not defective, we reserve the right to refuse a refund and return the item to the customer at their expense.

Refunds are processed once returned items have been received and inspected.


How to Request a Return

To begin a return, please contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for return

  • Photographs (if reporting a fault)

We will provide return instructions once your request has been reviewed.


What is “The Fragment”?

The Fragment is a 2ml preview vial of the fragrance you’ve ordered.

It is included with every full-size bottle so you can test the scent before opening the main product.


Why do you include The Fragment?

Fragrance is personal.

We understand that buying scent online can feel uncertain.
The Fragment allows you to experience the fragrance first — without committing to opening the full bottle.


How does it work?

  1. Receive your order.

  2. Test the fragrance using The Fragment.

  3. If you love it — keep the full-size bottle.

  4. If it’s not for you — return the unopened bottle for a refund.

The Fragment remains yours either way.


Can I return an opened bottle?

For hygiene and safety reasons, full-size bottles must remain unopened to be eligible for return.

The tamper seal must be intact.


Who pays for return postage?

If you choose to return the unopened full-size bottle, return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
